Lynelle grew up in the Midwest and the Northwest. In 2016, she graduated with her B.S. in Applied Human Biology from Seattle Pacific University here in Seattle where she also competed on the Cross Country and Indoor/Outdoor Track teams. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Franklin Pierce University in 2019. Her career focus and interests are in orthopedics and sports physical therapy. She has experience working with athletes of various sports, ages, and experience levels and has a special interest in working with soccer athletes, runners, and lifters. Lynelle is passionate about treating each patient as a whole, taking both physical and psychosocial components of rehabilitation into consideration. She emphasises patient education throughout a plan of care in order to help her patients not only recover from injury, but to minimize future injury risk.

Lynelle works closely with the Celtic Soccer Premier Soccer Club doing on field injury screens and ACL prevention training. She is also a member of the Seattle Pediatric Sports Medicine (SPSM) ACL Prevention Task Force and is pursuing her Sports Certified Specialist designation (SCS). She is currently certified in Emergency Medical Response for the Athlete (ERA) and Myofascial Decompression (MFDc), also known as cupping. In treatment she utilizes joint mobilization, joint manipulation (grd V HVLAs), tool assisted massage (IASTM), massage, Kinesiotaping and McConnell taping techniques, and Voodoo bands.

Outside of work she enjoys running, lifting, golfing, hiking, backpacking, and watching sports with her husband.
