Chelsey’s hometown is Ewa Beach, HI but her educational journey to becoming a physical therapist was completed at Creighton University in Omaha, NE in 2021. She has since then practiced in civilian and military orthopedic outpatient settings, inpatient rehab units, and acute care hospitals. She is excited to return to an orthopedic outpatient setting with greater insight into collaborative medical management to better serve patients. 

Chelsey knows how important the patient-provider relationship is and strives to ensure patients feel seen, heard, and empowered in their care. She enjoys working with all populations, with extra interest in runners with hip or SI joint pain, given Chelsey’s history with being an avid runner herself. 

In her free time, Chelsey enjoys spending time with her husband, two dogs, and friends, sewing, painting, reading, going to pop concerts, and hiking.
