Leah Acuario

Leah finds herself best described as a life enthusiast – drawn to new experiences and a deep love for growing community. 

Born and raised in Washington, she’s grateful to call this beautiful place home. Her career began in the nonprofit sector, but it was her time working at a chiropractic clinic that sparked a fire to explore integrative medicine and various forms of mind/body practices. Alongside her work with GO PT, Leah teaches yoga around Seattle, deepening her curiosity of movement and breath with a trauma-informed lens.

Outside of the office, you can find Leah playing her little ukulele or strolling down by the lake. She thinks life is best topped off with a hot cup o’ coffee and a good belly laugh.
