Taylor is originally from the Seattle area and completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA. She originally discovered her passion for movement through yoga in the early 2000s, and began teaching yoga soon after. That passion for teaching and creative movement drew her towards physical therapy as a career. She is a firm believer in a combination of manual therapy, exercise and lifestyle modification to improve patient pain and dysfunction.
Taylor enjoys working with all populations and orthopedic conditions, and specializes in pelvic health physical therapy. She is passionate about treating pre and postnatal individuals as well as people with pelvic pain and symptoms. She strives to stay up to date on current research to provide the best evidence based care to all her patients.
She spends her free time doing handstands, snowboarding, playing volleyball and ultimate frisbee, reading fantasy and science fiction novels, traveling with her husband to as many new places as possible, and snuggling up with her two cats.
