2 Year
Sports Sponsorship Program
GO PT is a sports physical therapy practice in Seattle, WA, with a location in South Lake Union and Queen Anne. We love working with all types of patients, but have an affinity towards athletes.
We want to showcase how we can help young athletes recover faster, reduce their risk of injury, and improve their performance by providing free weekly visits for 2 years.
Availability is limited, so only a few applicants each year are selected to participate in this program.

Program Details
- Weekly 45 Minute Sessions
- Personalized Exercise Programs
- Accelerate Recovery
- Improve Performance
- Reduce Risk for Injury
- Expand Health and Exercise Knowledge
GO PT begins reviewing applications in Spring of each year and announces their selections by Fall. We tend to prioritize athletes who are going into their Junior year in high school. The intention of this program is two fold:
1) We want to help athletes in their ambition to play high-level competitive sport into adulthood.
2) We want these athletes to be beacons to their peers on the healthy training strategies they can use to avoid injury and play their best.
Applicants selected to participate in our program will gain access to free weekly PT session for 2 years.
These sessions will be conducted 1 on 1 with a GO PT physical therapist. Our therapists will design a tailored program individualized to each athlete emphasizing injury prevention, body mechanics, and coordination, while also optimizing power, strength and conditioning.
Sessions may also include manual techniques, including massage, joint mobilization, hands-on stretching, to aid in recovery, mobility, and muscle activation.
Most importantly in our opinion, will be the exercise knowledge benefits these athletes and all of our patients receive. Patient education is a pillar of our care, and we pride ourselves in giving health information that have lifetime benefits.
By participating in this program, it can reduce an athlete’s risk for injury and improve their performance, thus setting them up on the best path to pursue their athletic aspirations for many years to come.
