Dr. Alyssa Haines

Alyssa completed her doctor of Physical Therapy at UC San Francisco/San Francisco State University in California in 2013. Upon graduating, She spent 3.5 years living and working in New York City at a busy outpatient orthopedic practice. She then practiced in San Francisco beginning in 2017 and then moved to Seattle in 2022. Alyssa has a special interest in treating post-operative and sports cases. She is an orthopedic clinical specialist and a certified strength and conditioning specialist.  She also enjoys helping all people function better and return to the activities they love.

In her free time, she loves hiking and camping  with her partner Jordan and her two pups Baxter and Olive. During winter she is an avid snowboarder, and does yoga, cycling, and weightlifting to keep active and fit throughout the year. 

She is brand new to Seattle and excited to explore all the city (and outdoors) have to offer. 

She understands that the rehabilitation process can be difficult, and strives to provide compassionate, high quality, evidence-based care to her patients.
