Here is our therapist Andrew showing us a progression of Bosu Ball lateral stability exercises. Lateral stability and balance in very important for day to day movement. Also, our lateral chain is what keeps our body upright while we are on one foot. Thus, if we don’t have adequate balance on one foot we can be prone to a number of injuries. Although, these exercises will correct that!
